In this workshop you’ll learn about my favorite and most cherished adaptogenic herbs & foods and how you can utilize them in your daily drinks and foods to help you thrive. Adaptogens work with stress in the body and increase your ability to deal with all kinds of stresses and the impact they can have - including fatigue, anxiety, insomnia, brain fog and more. Specifically geared towards women’s health and wellness, the adaptogens shared in this workshop are known to work with women’s hormone cycles and common issues women in our culture are dealing with - from fertility to menopause, the juggles of motherhood to the throws of balancing work, caregiving and more. You’ll leave with several recipes and resources to support You.
About your Instructor:
Natasha from Wild Feather Medicinals started on her path of rewilding for her own family - feeding and nourishing their bellies in a way that was healing and connected to the sacred rhythms of nature. With broth, cider, teas and ancient foods she connected to the wisdom of real food…and she has been sharing her learnings with all she can. She now offers a variety of foods that are rich in wisdom as well as wild.
