Join us for a fun filled class where you will see a step-by-step demonstration of the simple process to make your very own homemade kefir. In class we will be using raw milk, but you are more than welcome to use pasteurized milk at home. We will also be sampling some of the different dishes you can incorporate kefir into for better gut health like European pancakes, farmers cheese, panna cotta dessert, and more. Enjoy healthy everyday eating. Participants will receive a booklet of those recipes as well as Kefir milk grains.
About your instructor: Nadia Granchukoff loves all things food and food projects. When her husband got sick and needed a change, she did a deep dive into what was actually in the "food" they were eating. After making big changes she realized that food can be the greatest medicine. Join her as she shares her favorite recipes and approach to clean eating.
